Alinma Capital Company provides investment services through electronic services via the Internet and the free phone service, where access to and use of these services is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Alinma Capital Company has the right - for any reason - to reject any registration or entry request to the Alinma Investment Company website, and any instructions or inquiries received from the user through the Alinma Capital Company website.
2. The partner authorizes Alinma Capital Company based on all instructions issued by the client via the Internet service and the free phone service.
   • Alinma Capital Company is committed to implementing all instructions and requests received from the client electronically or by phone provided that they are consistent with the system and work procedures of Alinma Capital Company, and the instructions of the competent official authorities and the banking business followed according to his absolute discretion.
3. The partner acknowledges his full responsibility for his personal use of the Alinma Capital Company website according to the established purposes and uses. And his responsibility for carrying out investment operations whether through electronic or telephone services, and any use of those services by the person authorized by him using the login data, user ID and personal identification number (secret number), and the partner is committed to fully preserving them, and not disclosing that data of his to any person, entity or employee of Alinma Capital Company. The partner also acknowledges that the secret number is considered a personal signature, regardless of the user of the service. Alinma Capital Company shall not bear any damages, results, losses or compensations resulting from failure to comply with any of the above. The partner shall be responsible for the health, safety and regularity of all operations carried out using the service.
4. A non-refundable annual fee will be collected from the partner for subscription, maintenance and use of Alinma Trading and telephone service fees. The company reserves the right to amend these fees at any time after notifying the partner.
5. The partner acknowledges that Alinma Capital Company, its affiliates and Alinma Capital Company employees are not responsible for any losses, damages, financial claims or otherwise resulting from the use of the user ID and password. The partner is obligated to notify Alinma Capital Company immediately if it becomes clear to him that the user ID or password has become known to others so that Alinma Capital Company can take the necessary action. The partner is responsible for all transactions and instructions issued by him until the company is notified of this.
6. The partner is committed to maintaining the complete confidentiality of all data, information, transactions of his accounts and any other data that can be accessed, downloaded or stored from any computer or the Internet, and the partner is responsible for any unauthorized use or use and all results, losses and damages that may result from this, whether directly or indirectly, against the partner or Alinma Capital Company.
7. The partner acknowledges that he does not own the intellectual property rights and publication of the programs and documents of Alinma Capital Company's electronic services, and agrees not to allow his users to copy or modify the programs or otherwise or download or transfer the electronic services programs to similar electronic devices.
8. Alinma Capital Company has the right to cancel these services at any time without prior notice to the partner. The partner may also cancel subscriptions by notifying Alinma Capital Company, with responsibility for the operations and services that have been completed up to the date of notification of acceptance of the cancellation.
9. The partner has agreed to authorize Alinma Capital Company to send all correspondence and notices related to this service by e-mail or fax. I undertake to take all possible precautions to maintain the confidentiality of these messages and shall be responsible in the event of a breach of this obligation.
10. The partner has agreed to authorize Alinma Capital Company to record all communications and instructions - including instructions to add other users of electronic services - and that these audio recordings shall be evidence of what is contained therein in the event of using the toll-free number
11. Alinma Capital Company shall make every effort to ensure the provision and operation of the Alinma Capital Company website service, and Alinma Capital Company shall be responsible for acting and implementing in accordance with the user's instructions sent through the automated Alinma Capital System which Alinma Capital Company actually receives. Alinma Capital Company shall not bear any responsibility, losses or compensations as a result of any malfunction, failure or defect in the communication devices or lines that may affect the accuracy of the messages sent by the user or the timing of their arrival.
12. Alinma Capital Company does not provide any commitments or guarantees regarding quality, speed, performance, accuracy or otherwise, and does not guarantee that the Alinma Capital website is free from errors or defects, and the partner has acknowledged the exemption of Alinma Capital Company from all matters related to this without any intentional violation or negligence on the part of Alinma Capital Company.
    • The data and information received by the user from Alinma Capital Company or any other provider are authenticated, and are provided to the user on the basis of making every effort to ensure the user's comfort, but they are not guaranteed, and therefore Alinma Capital Company is not responsible for any deficiency or inaccuracy in such data and information, or its completeness, or its availability, or the time of its arrival, or any other decision taken using such data and information.
13. Alinma Capital Company will not be responsible for any computer virus, or problems related to the information provided that arise from services provided by any information provider, or that may arise from the user's personal device. Alinma Capital Company shall not bear any responsibility for any breach or hacking.
14. Alinma Capital Company shall have the right to amend these terms and notify the partner of the amendment or amendments. In the event that such amendments or changes are displayed automatically on the Alinma Capital Company website or any other appropriate means, the partner’s continued use of the Alinma Capital Company website shall be deemed as acceptance of the amendment. The partner may also request amendment of the terms with the written approval of Alinma Capital Company to renew this agreement annually and automatically unless the partner submits a request to the company to cancel it.
