Announcement by Alinma Capital regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Multi-Assets Balanced Fund for Monthly Distributions.

Alinma Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Multi-Assets Balanced Fund for Monthly Distributionsfor (the period of July 2025G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends SAR 62,466.46.

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on 1,388,143.52 outstanding units;

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is  SAR 0.045 for each unit;

4.      The distribution ratio is 0.21% of the net asset value as on Wednesday 19/02/1447H corresponding to 13/08/2025G;

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Thursday20/02/1447H corresponding to 14/08/2025G;

6.     Distributions will be paid within 5 workingdays.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
