Announcement by Alinma Capital Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund.

Alinma Capital Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund for (the period from January to March 2026G) as follows:

  1. Total distributed dividends 4,038,867.06   SAR.
  2. Cash Distributions shall be based on (25,242,919.1046) outstanding units.
  1. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.160 SAR for each unit.
  2. The distribution ratio is 1.5571% of the net asset value as on “Wednesday (H 1447/10/20), corresponding to (G 2026/04/08)”.
  3. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of “Wednesday”, date (H 1447/10/20), corresponding to (G 2026/04/08).
  4. Distributions will be paid within 15 days.
