Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of King Khalid University Endowment Fund due to the resignation of board member Omar Saeed Almushayt (Non-independent Member) from 13/01/1447H, corresponding to 08/07/2025G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  • 1-Mr. Thamer Mohammed Moammar (Chairman of the Fund Board and Non-independent Member)
  • 2-Mr. Fahad Siraj Malaikah (Non-independent Member)
  • 3-Mr. Mohammed Haif AlKahtani (Independent Member)
  • 4-Mr. Khaled Abdelhafeez Feda (Independent Member)
