Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of King Khalid University Endowment Funddue to the appointment of board member Abdullah Mansour Al Othaid (Non-Independent Member) from 23/02/1447H, corresponding to 17/08/2025G, The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Thamer Mohammed Moammar (Chairman of the Fund Board and Non-Independent Member)
  2. Mr. Ammash Suliman AlSharari (Non-Independent member)
  3. Dr. Abdullah Mansour Al Othaid (Non-Independent member)
  4. Mr. Fahad Siraj Malaikah (Non-Independent Member)
  5. Mr. Mohammed Haif AlKahtani (Independent Member)
  6. Mr. Khaled Abdelhafeez Feda (Independent Member)
