Announcement by Alinma Capital Company regarding the dividend distributions to the beneficiary of the King Khalid Endowment Fund.

Alinma Capital Company announces the dividend distribution to the beneficiary of King Khalid Endowment Fund for (the period from June 2024 to December 2024G) as follows:

  1. Total distributed dividends 630,000SAR
  2. Cash Distributions shall be based on (6,507,513.85691) outstanding units.
  3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.0968  SAR for each unit.
  4. The distribution ratio is 0.945% of the net asset value as on Tuesday “date (30/06/1446 H), corresponding to (31/12/2024G)”.
  5. Cash distribution entitlements to the beneficiary shall be on the end of Tuesday, date (30/06/1446 H), corresponding to (31/12/2024G).
  6. Distributions will be paid Today Thursday 16/10/2025G.

 

The Fund Manager would like to remind the beneficiary to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
