Announcement by Alinma Capital Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund.

Alinma Capital Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund for (the period from July to December 2025 G) as follows:

  1. Total distributed dividends 6,549,681.22 SAR
  1. Cash Distributions shall be based on (40,430,130.00) outstanding units.
  2. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.162 SAR for each unit.
  3. The distribution ratio is 1.5569% of the net asset value as on “date (26/07/1447 H), corresponding to (15/01/2026 G)”.
  4. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Wednesday, 02/08/1447H, corresponding to 21/01/2026G (end of trading day on Monday, 19/01/2026G).
  5. Distributions will be paid within 10 days.

 

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
