Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Bir Al Riyadh Endowment Fund due to the resignation of board member Hamad AlKhaldi (membership status: Dependent Member) from 15/07/1446H, corresponding to 15/01/2025G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Mazin Fawaz Baghdadi (Fund Chairman and Dependent Member)
  2. Dr. Thamer Nasser Bin Gushayan (Dependent Member)
  3. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim AlSuhaibani (Independent Member)
  4. Mr. Haitham Hussein Abdulmohsin Hakim (Independent Member)
