Alinma Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Beneficiaries of King Khalid University Endowment fund for (the period of 2025G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends SAR 1,927,822.24

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on 6,511,610.597 outstanding units;

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is  SAR 0.296 for each unit;

4.      The distribution ratio is 2.966% of the net asset value as on Wednesday 11/07/1447H corresponding to 31/12/2025G;

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to beneficiary shall be on the end of Wednesday 11/07/1447H corresponding to 31/12/2025G;

6.     Distributions will be paid within 5  working days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Beneficiaries to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
