Alinma Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Alinma Road’s Mosques Endowment Fund due to the appointment of board member Mr. Ammash AlSharari (Dependent Member) and Dr. Hamad Bin Saif Bin Battal (Dependent Member) from 22/10/1446H, corresponding to 20/04/2025G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Mazin Fawaz Baghdadi (Fund Chairman and Dependent Member)
  2. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim AlSuhaibani (Independent Member)
  3. Mr. Mohammed Abdullah AlFhaid (Independent Member)
  4. Eng. Musaad Abdullah AlEisa (Dependent Member)
  5. Dr. Hamad Bin Saif Bin Battal (Dependent Member)
  6. Mr. Ammash Sulaiman Alsharari (Dependent Member)
