Announcement by Alinma Capital Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Multi-Assets Balanced Fund for Monthly Distributions.

Alinma Capital Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Multi-Assets Balanced Fund for Monthly Distributions for (the period of June 2026G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends SAR 90,515.49;

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on 1,534,160.84  outstanding units;

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is  SAR 0.059 for each unit;

4.      The distribution ratio is 0.30% of the net asset value as on Monday 28/01/1448H corresponding to 13/07/2026G;

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Wednesday 01/02/1448H corresponding to 15/07/2026G ;

6.     Distributions will be paid within 5 working days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
