Annual Zakat Disclosure for Investment Funds for the Year (2025)
Dear Unitholders of Investment Funds, Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings,
Based on the fund manager's commitment to implementing the relevant rules and regulations, and pursuant to the "Rules of Zakat Collection from Investors in Investment Funds" issued under Ministerial Resolution No. (29791), we would like to inform you of the disclosed Zakat per unit within the Zakat declaration submitted to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for the financial year (2025) ending on (11/07/1447 AH - 31/12/2025 AD). This disclosure does not constitute a payment of Zakat on behalf of the unitholder, nor does it represent a calculation of Zakat for them.
Investor's Zakat Calculation Mechanism
Zakat is calculated for the unitholder according to the following formula: Number of Units Owned * Zakat Per Unit = Total Zakat Amount Due.
